Kikariki products are developed through our combined experiences, insights, and wishes as mothers, aunties, godmothers, mama friends, and more.
Get away from the short-lived pink and blue gifts many new parents receive. Our bright, long-lasting unisex gifts are perfect for growing families.
When designing our collection, we considered the gifts we received over the years, especially the ones that made our daily routines a little bit easier. For example, our hooded towels that are big enough to still wrap a 5+yr old in or our swaddle blankets which grow into travel or or nap-time favorites.
Change is difficult for kids, so we strive to create heirlooms that can be cherished forever.
Our Fabrics
We use primarily natural fibers and organic cotton for our one-of-a-kind prints. Kika handpicks all complementary fabrics from surplus stock from fabric mills and factories to match our custom fabrics. This combination of materials and sourcing makes our products truly sustainable and unique.
Our Production
All our samples are designed and finished by Kika in her home studio. After a bundle has been successfully created, Kika works with a small producer in SF's Mission district to bring them to life.
All our products are made-to-order or produced in small batches. This allows us to respond and adjust to the wishes of our customers quickly. Check in with us if you need a special gift bundle timely to confirm it's in stock or create something special.
Collaboration: Jessica Graham, Surface Designer
London-based Jessica created all the unique fabric designs from scratch. The first prints made it onto fabric in the winter of 2020, and Kika got to work creating an abundance of sample sets for their future customers.
