How to Return an Item

All returns must be pre-approved by Kikariki. Returns are accepted for store credit on unused and unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of original purchase. We are unable to offer cash returns, but merchandise credit does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that all return packages are insured and tracked until delivered. Kikariki is not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and we are unable to offer exchange or store credit: sale merchandise (both permanent markdowns and promotional sales), as well as all international orders are final sale.

Promotional Sales

All items purchased on promotional sale are final sale. We are unable to apply promotions and discounts to previous orders that have already been placed.
